We invite you to read the terms and conditions carefully before using this website. When you use or place an order on this website, you are subject to these Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, do not use this website. MMM reserves the right to change terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to read them regularly, as those terms that apply at the time of use of the website always apply.
All changes will apply to the use of the footbvllboots.com site. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data entered during the purchase. MMM is not responsible for Internet and telephone costs or any other costs that may occur. MMM also cannot guarantee that the service will be error-free. If an error occurs, please email us at contact@footbvllboots.com to resolve it as soon as possible. Although MMM strives to give you the best possible range of services, MMM cannot guarantee that services will suit your needs.
The online store is only available to people who have reached the age of 18. People who have not yet reached the age of 18 need the consent of their legal guardians to use the online store. If you register with us, you transfer personal information. We require your consent to process your data, otherwise, unfortunately, you cannot use the online store.
Footbvllboots is not responsible for temporary inaction/failure of the system.

PAYMENT

All prices listed in the online store are given in euros and US dollars. Payment must be made using the payment methods offered on footbvllboots.com. In addition, there are shipping costs, the amount of which depends on the choice of delivery and payment options. These costs are calculated separately. Before placing the order, the price will be shown again, including all applicable value added taxes and shipping costs. In addition, the Footbvllboots reserves the right to adjust prices in the online store, offer new products, and offer or end discounts under existing legislation.
The price of the product remains in the amount specified on our website, except in case of an obvious error. Although we try to specify the exact prices on the website, errors are possible. If we detect an error in the price of any of the ordered products, we will notify you as soon as possible and allow you to confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel it. If we fail to get in touch with you, we will consider that the order has been canceled and we will refund the amount paid to you in full. We are not obliged to sell you any product at an incorrect lower price (even after we have sent you a Delivery Receipt) if the price error is obvious and unequivocal and could reasonably be identified as an incorrect price.
Processing and shipping of the ordered products take place after full payment by the customer. Cash on delivery is available only for Croatia. Footbvllboots webshop will never make customer data available to third parties and will act in accordance with Croatian legislation.

SHIPPING COSTS

Footbvllboots sends the product to addresses within the Republic of Croatia and abroad.
The shipping price depends on the selected address of delivery and this is:
- courier delivery (Republic of Croatia): 2-4 working days, 5 Euro (includes. VAT)
- courier delivery (abroad): 3-8 working days, 10-20 Euro (includes. VAT)

ORDERS & CONFIRMATION

Products in the online store are labeled in such a way that you get information such as size, mass, price as well as the materials from which they are made. Footbvlboots makes no warranties or representations as to such material's accuracy, and it is supplied without any expressed or implied warranties. Footbvllboots reserves the right to discontinue or change product specifications and prices without prior notice. Products are available while supplies last.
Footbvlboots disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, for any products or Products and Services offered on the Products and Services, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer does not apply to any product warranty offered by the product’s manufacturer.
The product is ordered electronically by clicking on a specific product and adding it to the cart. The goods are considered ordered at the moment when the buyer chooses and confirms the method of payment. As soon as possible upon receipt of an order, the Footbvllboots webshop will send a confirmation of the order, except in cases where the Footbvllboots webshop cannot reasonably be expected to comply with the contract with the customer. Footbvllboots webshop reserves the right not to accept an order and therefore not to confirm the order. Reasons are not limited to stock availability, problems with receiving an order, or problems with completing an order.

CONFIDENTIALITY

The Company and the Client agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the project. Both parties shall take reasonable measures to protect such information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

DELIVERY & PACKAGING

Ordered products are packaged in such a way that they cannot be damaged during normal handling. When receiving the package, the buyer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment and in case of damage immediately return the product to the delivery person (employee of the company that delivers).
The delivery time starts from the moment we hand over the package to DPD Croatia d.o.o or other postal services. The delivery period is usually 2-4 working days. We place orders From Monday to Friday; this means that Saturdays and Sundays are not included in the calculation of the delivery time. The delivery period starts on the day of the delivery certificate. If an item is no longer available or cannot be sent for other reasons, we will let you know.
The products will be delivered to the address specified in the order as the "delivery address". In the event that the customer does not pick up the goods within the agreed time and resupply is required, the customer is charged double the shipping costs. Delivery is repeated only by agreement with the customer and with the payment of the recurrence of delivery in advance.
The customer is obligated to accept the purchased products at the time they are made available or transferred to him.

RETURNS

Contact us in writing within 7 days stating your reason for return, your order number and contact details on our e-mail address contact@footbvllboots.com. If you are returning your product because it is defective, please state the defect or defects.
The buyer is obliged to return the product unused, undamaged and in the original, undamaged packaging and unchanged quantity. The buyer may inspect and try the received product only to the extent necessary to determine the actual condition (nature, characteristics, functionality of the product) and as is usually performed in stores.
Any testing that deviates from the above is understood to be the use of the product. During the period in which the consumer is entitled to return, he must keep the goods with due care. The consumer shall be liable for any impairment of the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the product.
In the event of an impairment of the product resulting from the over-handling of the product, Footbvllboots will assess the impairment of the product taking into account the objective criteria of each individual case and will inform the customer thereof.
We will contact you within 48 hours to advise you of the procedure to return the goods. Please do not send any goods back until you have been contacted by us as we will not refund any postage expenses unless they have been previously agreed upon in writing.
We will not issue refunds for any items lost or stolen in transit to us.
Subject to the above, we will refund the purchase price of a returned product within 30 days of receiving written notification of your intention to return the product and receipt of the goods. We will refund the purchases using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, except in the case of a different arrangement. Exceptionally, in the case when you made a cash payment to the courier at delivery, the refund will be made to your bank account.
If the discount was calculated in any form when buying the product, the amount of money paid is refunded, but not part of the amount that brought the discount.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving a reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or the third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, is in possession of the goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Francis Cara 10, Crikvenica, contact@footbvllboots.com, with a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To stay within the withdrawal period, it is enough to send a notification that you are exercising your right to opt out before the withdrawal period expires.
If you withdraw from this contract, we must immediately refund all payments we have received from you, including shipping costs (except for additional costs arising from the selection of the second delivery option from the cheapest standard delivery option we offer), and no later than 14 from the day we receive notification of the withdrawal from this contract.
We will use the same payment method for that refund that you used for the original transaction unless we have explicitly agreed with you on something else; in no case will you be charged for this refund.
We may refuse a refund until we receive the goods or until you prove that you have sent them back, depending on what happened earlier.
You must send back or return the goods immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of the withdrawal from this agreement. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
For any loss of value of the goods, you must pay only if, after checking the condition, characteristics and functionality of the goods, this loss of value can be traced to unnecessary handling of them on your part.
